Nilotica Shea Butter
Shea Butter is a traditional African Skin Superfood extracted from the nuts of shea trees, growing in Africa. Its high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids — combined with its easy-to-spread consistency — make it a great product for smoothing, soothing, and conditioning your skin.
With antioxidant, moisturizing, and antibacterial it is a healing salve for eczema, itches, cracks, blemishes, sunburn, scars, and wrinkles, among other skin conditions. On hair, shea butter repairs breakage, deeply conditions dry or damaged hair and relieve the scalp of dandruff.
Our Nilotica Shea Butter is traditionally handmade in East Africa. Related to the West-African shea nut, Nilotica has a smoother, softer texture and is more nutritionally dense. The region’s unique soil biome yields pure Nilotica with an uncommonly high concentration of nutrient-rich bioactive compounds. Therefore, it is considered scarcer and more luxurious.
Use on the whole body and face, according to your needs. Use your fingers to scoop a teaspoon of butter from your jar and rub it until fully absorbed.
It can be used on hair as a dry conditioner to prevent breakage and damage, and relieve the scalp of dandruff.
